The roots of our company go back to the 90s of the 20th century - the time when economic freedom appeared in our country.
Janusz Chęciński, full of enthusiasm and hope for opportunities opening in Poland, sets up the trading company "JANEL".
Having extensive trade contacts in Western Europe (mainly Italy), he decides to open a wholesale warehouse of high-quality Italian knitwear and footwear in Poland. It meets the tastes of Polish women and Poles who want to wear fashionable and the best Italian sweaters.
Motivated by growing business, he goes a step further and decides to use his Italian contacts. He begins to import high-quality knitting yarns to Poland and encourages our native sweater manufacturers to produce products from precious materials. This idea was a hit! The company is growing rapidly, gaining recognition on the knitting market and is one of the most recognizable companies in the industry.
Over time, "JANEL" transforms into "MARFIL sp.z o.o." and two young, energetic Turks: Can Dogan and Burak Tarhan join the board. Thanks to them, company are opening up to producers of yarns from Turkey: acrylic and cotton.
Over the years, "MARFIL" has settled on the Polish knitting market as a well-known company . The company acts as a representative or agent for several well-known producers of knitting yarns from Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Turkey and Indonesia.
We don't stop at just trading the yarn. We work with domestic knitting plants in the production of knitting products for Polish and Italian clients. We are appreciated for our reliability, timeliness and trust that our clients place in us. Our mission is an individual approach to the client, understanding his needs and satisfying them in the field of knitting.
In 2019, along with the development of our company, it was transformed into "MARFIL GROUP sp.z o.o. sp.k. "
Establishing long-term business relations based on trust and transparency those are the values that determine our success.
